Greeted by the most wonderfully friendly staff, Mary. Upon request, she moved our room to have a view of the mountains. Everything is new and modern. The hallways have a new building smell. A few minutes after getting to our room Mary knocked with an extra set of sheets and pillows to make our stay with 3 guests more comfortable :) The location was great!!! We didn't have to go far to enjoy the lovely mountains. Parking was convenient with a lower level entrance that had an elevator to each floor. Breakfast was hot and ready. Properly maintained by happy, spirited staff.

The front desk service of the hotel is superb. The front desk, housekeeping and parking staff are polite and very proactive to assist. The interior of the room is very clean. The hotel upgraded our QUEEN BED suite. We were overjoyed. We stayed for two nights and ate in the hotel. The quality of food and service in the hotel restaurant is very high during dinner time, and the service and food selection during breakfast time is slightly lower, which makes the overall rating slightly lower. The hotel stay in this 200-year-old hotel makes us leave a beautiful memory during the National Day holiday in the United States.

This property is worthy of a return though I will be asking for a little softer mattress. The staff was very customer friendly, check in& out were very quick with a information packet received at check in. I did not partake in the breakfast, I chose to make the less than a mile walk to Red Dog coffee shop, it did not disappoint! The location isn't right in the middle of anything though you have amazing dining, shopping and experiences in both directions as well as a park& bus services right across the street! The rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge& Keurig in room. The hot water and water pressure were great also.
