A nice hotel- in a very beautiful area. The rooms are nothing spectacular, though quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the service very good. Overall value for the money was quite good as well. Not the best hotel but not a bad choice either.

Really really great lots of great employees. Nice rooms. Relaxing. Only negatives were security guard who when my taxi driver announced for me “a guest is here to check in.” he seemed confused and we had to explain we were going to the hotel. Also on the weekends, they have a special person serving fruit at breakfast. You see this a lot in Latin America and it’s really annoying. I would just prefer to serve myself and that’s the way they have it during the week. I gave this person my order waited 20 minutes and it still didn’t arrive. Either serve me my stupid food immediately or let me serve myself. (better!).

The hotel service is very good but the restaurant has some lack of service missing thing that are important and some of the waitress not to friendly and keep together forgetting the clients also need to offer light menu. The attention and the food is to different from the morning

A really nice setting with very beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. A convention hotel which is on the outskirts of Manizales. The rooms are nice and modern but on the small side. Breakfast is included but just fair.

My visit to the Recinto del Pensamiento was tranquil and perfect in every regard. The beauty of the surroundings, the extraordinarily beautiful environment, the excellent restaurant, and the friendliness and elegance of the staff made my trip a peaceful and beautiful event. Highly recommend.

They’re 7 of us on a birding trip and we stayed here 3 nights. Staff was not friendly. The restaurants menu is very limited. They offer 5 types of potatoes but no vegetables. In this world of technology how about having more outlets in the rooms? Would not recommend.

We stayed two nights with our tour group. The hotel is surrounded with beautiful flowers and manicured gardens. We took an early morning walk around the hotel before breakfast. The room was small but but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had fresh juices and fresh fruits. I loved the hot potato meat soup in the morning. The staff was very nice and tried their best to serve us two dinners with vine.

I really did enjoy the hotel. My room was comfortable and everything was super clean. The was polite,and attentive. This hotel is also well located. My one complaint was the hotel’s restaurant. I became sick after eating thete, as did my guide and my driver.There are so many good restaurants in Manizales, and I wish that we had gone to one of them.
