"The price I paid for my order included a RM10 tourism tax, why did the front desk charge me another RM10? In addition, the breakfast for a child (10 years old) needs to be supplemented by one person, shouldn't the child be half price?"
"The ratings given are in the context relevant for a CHEAP BUDGET hotel.
I have rated Hotel Lam Seng as GOOD overall for a CHEAP BUDGET hotel.
Pantai Remis is a typical small Malaysian town where the different races live side-by-side and each goes about with their lives in relative harmony."

"Arrived around 2.15pm and the check in was smooth. They collected deposite RM200. Spacious and modern villa (semi D). both villa can connect using connecting door if you in large family. If you stay in apartment area then the pool is nearer. Overall it was a good experience. Monkeys will come around but they dont disturb you."

Very Good
AAndyLTTStaying in Pangkor Laut Resort was truly memorable. The resort was well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The combination of luxury and nature was what drew me to come here and spend a short weekend getaway. It offers a serene environment to relax on a private island and even take on a little adventure such as tracking through a rainforest.
Overall I find Pangkor Laut Resort, a great place to unwind, destress and enjoy nature.
If you are looking for extreme sports, crowds and a place to stimulate your senses, Pangkor Laut Resort is not for you. And that is why I love my stay here, nothing but a piece of paradise, calm surroundings and pampering oneself.
LLalisa412I had to say that the service was wayyy better than doubletree hilton putrajaya. The staffs were friendly, we loved the breakfast buffet, pool was awesome, private beach so no need to go to Pangkor (although they also provide service for the transfer with extra charges). They have watersports activities, playground, kids club, volleyball court and atv. Saw some people fishing. You cant avoid the flies and monkeys. Overall perfect weekend getaway!
Tips: If you dont want to pay RM128/adult for dinner buffet, you can order Grab.
For lunch, you can have it at a cheaper price at Terrace cafe (golf)

AAnonymous UserNice environment and view as well.
Staffs are good
Only had poor WiFi experience starting day 1 until end of day of the trip..
other than that, all are great
Nearby beach and restaurants
GGuest UserThe hotel was perfectly adequate for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean, if a bit dated, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were polite but not overly attentive. Breakfast was basic, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. It's a decent option if you're looking for a no-frills place to sleep, but don't expect any special amenities or a memorable experience.
AAnonymous UserStayed for 2D1N on a weekday with my wife and 1-year-old baby. The room and hotel were satisfying, with a strategic location—walking distance to many restaurants, a Speedmart, and Lumut Waterfront. However, the beach was not suitable for swimming due to oil and dirt. The breakfast buffet was also not great. That said, I still think this is one of the best hotels available in Lumut, and I would consider staying here again.
RrichlyanaOverall the situation of the resort is ok, but the room that i got is end to the area plus its quite small
Other than that, pls change the bed that already old because its painful to feel the spring of the mattress . and plus put something to hang the cloth.tq
NNaz Kamala quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away.
WWee JustinStayed at Brezza Hotel in Sitiawan for a solo trip. The hotel is simple and decent for a short stay. Room was clean and had the basics covered. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby eateries. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest.
SSyzLnMy family and I went for a staycation to Teluk Batik. It’s quite near to the beach. There are a lot of parking but make sure you download “Park@Perak” apps to avoid from “kena saman” 😅. Overall the room is quite spacious but unfortunately my room got no mirror in it. Just one mirror in the toilet. The room is also convenient for my family to stay. Overall 3.5/5
