Everything was as expected except we booked a suite with a fireplace and upon check in found that there was no fireplace and all the rooms with one were already taken. I believe this to be a Trip.com mistake more than the Hotels.

I had a fantastic day here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the hallways were quiet. The hotel itself was very well kept and beautiful. Pool I did not use, but the hot tub was exactly what I wanted. Hot breakfast in the morning was also outstanding, with lots of choices. Great value for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didnt even stay one of the 2 nights. We checked in at 3 and out a 6:20 because of a blizzard coming and needed to leave to be ahead of it and get home safely.

We stayed 1 night in Dec. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a welcome perk after walking around the Kiwani's lights display. Checkout was quick. Would stay again, and recommend to friends.
