"Wir sind übers Wochenende gewesen und sehr zufrieden. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hebt sich von anderen ab. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben das Parkhaus P3 genutzt."

"Das Einzelzimmer war sehr geräumig und von der Ausstattung ok. An einigen Stellen (Teppich, Bad) konnte man sehen, dass die letzte Modernisierung/Renovierung schon länger zurückliegt. Insgesamt aber alles voll ok. Das Frühstück ist für 15 Euro ok. Was ist nur gar nicht leiden kann, ist wenn der Kaffee nur lauwarm ist, aber das ist geschmackssache."

Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming."

AAnonymous UserLocation is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

GGuest UserVery good price to quality ratio at an excellent location. The hotel is near the train station and several tram stops. Parking building are at a few 100 meters by foot. In a few minutes by foot you reach the busy streets of Mannheim.

Very close to a tram stop and within walking distance of many high street shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and a super fast check-out.

SSupattraThe hotel pretty far from Bahnhof but if you not hurry or your destination are in the city it's ok. When I arrived, there were many people waiting to check in. Got a room a little late I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a key card. (Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open at that time. Otherwise I will have a seat to chill and wait.)
The room :: I really like the room, everything like in the picture, So stylish, comfy and clean. Just the AC it was not cool at night.

GGuest UserMy meeting was well planned and the food was also delicious and offered me as a vegetarian with a lot of choice. Personal was friendly and despite a lot of guests (for Mannheim Gardens Show) always helpful. The meeting rooms were badly cooled on the first day.
I couldn't transfer my rooms on the next day on the lunch because of so many guests, since my toilet glasses (circa 614) were already broken when checking in and had to be careful about injury risk.
Otherwise everything was okay and I could enjoy my beer in the garden at night !
