Wir sind übers Wochenende gewesen und sehr zufrieden. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hebt sich von anderen ab. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben das Parkhaus P3 genutzt.

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr geräumig und von der Ausstattung ok. An einigen Stellen (Teppich, Bad) konnte man sehen, dass die letzte Modernisierung/Renovierung schon länger zurückliegt. Insgesamt aber alles voll ok. Das Frühstück ist für 15 Euro ok. Was ist nur gar nicht leiden kann, ist wenn der Kaffee nur lauwarm ist, aber das ist geschmackssache.

Hotel location is good, just next to the Central Railway Station, it is very convenient to take the train to Heidelberg, and the main indoor attractions are very close. The parking lot is next to the hotel.
There are free drinks in the hotel lobby, and the restaurant next door to the lobby is also good. It is also very high-end to feast the German living room here.

Outside the window is the landmark water tower, the facilities look historic but well functional, and the key is very personal. Downstairs is the tram, one stop from the train station, the traffic is very convenient. The location is very convenient. It is very convenient for eating and shopping nearby. It is also very close to the water tower. The room is large and the main mattress is hard, unlike other European hotels where the mattresses are very soft.

Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming.

AAnonymous UserLocation is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

GGuest UserOur room (2 adults and 2 children) was really very big and had a great view of the water tower. Unfortunately, the room was no longer the latest. The gardens were very gray and no longer white. The bath was also a little older. The room was clean, the staff was super nice and very premature, thumbs high. Practically, the parking is with direct access to the hotel. Unfortunately, despite the discount from the hotel, you pay for 1 day €20. The location is super!!

Cocktail bar was also nice. ”Fancy”, as they say, describes the whole thing very well, in a positive sense. Absolutely top price, breakfast at €20 is above the standard price but there is also a lot on offer at the buffet. Coffee could also be fetched after breakfast times, an absolute plus point, also for the small machine in the room 🙏

GGuest UserMy meeting was well planned and the food was also delicious and offered me as a vegetarian with a lot of choice. Personal was friendly and despite a lot of guests (for Mannheim Gardens Show) always helpful. The meeting rooms were badly cooled on the first day.
I couldn't transfer my rooms on the next day on the lunch because of so many guests, since my toilet glasses (circa 614) were already broken when checking in and had to be careful about injury risk.
Otherwise everything was okay and I could enjoy my beer in the garden at night !
