Housekeeping service only once in between stay not daily, simple change of towels and sheets, no cleaning of kitchen and dish washing.
Power supply not steady, jump lines at least five times last night.
No lift for second floor, need to carry luggage for 20 steps.

Walking distance from the V/line Bus stop (Mansfield to Melbourne) is 10-12mins by foot.

This time I booked a two-room family suite and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a three-bedroom, one-living room room. The room was very old, but very clean. There was a large terrace where you could sit and drink tea and read, and watch the kids swimming in the pool. The hotel also has a hot spa, which would be very pleasant after skiing in winter.
