This hotel is FANTASTIC! The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. ROOM: - Beds and pillows are luxurious - Shower pressure is strong - Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit AMENITIES: - Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area - Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game. - Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg - Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway. TRANSIT/ LOCATION: - Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station. (Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈) - Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites. - Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman - Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

The hotel reception was very helpful, even going out of their way to help me print and scan a document I needed. The hotel pool provides a nice atmosphere, and they even gave a coupon for a discount at the restaurant. The room was fine, perfect for what I needed. The AC and water worked great and the Wifi was strong.

Great hotel and good services provided by staff. the only thing that want to complaint is got a lot of mosquitos. but maybe can get mosquito spray from the hotel. food is tasty. hotel is clean. overall good hotel.

I have stayed at KJ several times, and I always want to come back, from locations close to everywhere, the variety of food in front of the hotel, the hotel rooms are spacious, the kids like and are very satisfied every time they stay here

(+) : Strategic location, the room is clean and pretty spacious, the villa ambiance feels homey and very quiet, free water, coffee, and tea in the common area, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. (-) : Parking is not so spacious, no sink in the bathroom, low room amenities, no TV signal, and a lack of power outlets in the room.

Dari segi harga sebenarnya worth it banget. Kamar cukup besar untuk 4 orang dewasa. Tapi minim fasilitas banget. Jadi literally cuma kasur, handuk, water heater, dan toiletries standar. Oh dan dispenser air free refill di lantai bawah. Ga ada meja, kursi, alat makan, kulkas, kaca (hanya ada di kamar mandi). CS membantu banget. Nanti waktu check-in akan diberi kode akses smart door. Trus bakal dikasih pun buat ambil kunci di key box. 1 rumah ini isi 4 Kamar yang keseluruhan ada di lantai 2 semua. Lantai 1 hanya ada sofa dan dispenser. Dapur kosongan ga ada apa-apa. But ok buat liburan singkat.

Dusty bed sheets. A bit of dust. The floor is dusty and scary. The bathroom shower is slippery. There's already a ditch in the middle of the bathroom, which looks like it was made as a temporary solution because the floor is the same height so the shower water pools and it's hard for the water to get into the drain. The avur doesn't have a lid so it's scary to be afraid that something will escape from the avur hole, the hole is big and big. Small children's feet can fit into it. So just be careful if you bathe small children there, because the floor is slippery and there are gaping holes in the dirt. Scary. Plus because of the city center location. So if you want to find food, just walk.

The place is nice. Price is reasonable and comes with breakfast. The toilet is simple with only cold water but it's hot anyway so that's ok. It's not a hotel, is a home stay, so the owner lives in the house. He is nice. If you want to talk it's fine, if you don't he won't bother you. It's a very nice house. I would recommend a bit more cleaning and arranging things but in general I liked it and would come back.

This is my second stay at the Burza Hotel, the hotel is artistic, the rooms are quite spacious & comfortable, the hot water is quite joss.. Breakfast is so so, but the menu is quite complete 👍🏼

Good hostel for a short trip with friends! Bed was pretty comfy. Hostel itself is in a good location. There is a coffee shop on site. Workers are really friendly!
