This might be the best value you'll get out of a hotel for this price. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The local bus stop is right outside on the street, and the amount of restaurants and shops within a couple minutes walking distance is amazing. You will have zero issues getting to wherever you are planning to go, and you will get there cheaply. The hotel itself is beautiful, and its main plaza is an amazing spot to hangout (especially by the pool). All the staff were more than friendly, and our stay here was perfectly comfortable. The only thing I'd suggest is to make sure to take showers nearing dark or later in the morning: the hot water runs on solar panel.

Stay away from this hotel. No hot water even after they said you had to give it a couple of minutes. We waited for a long time and only had a cold shower. We asked for another room and this room is just as horrible. The ‘supposedly’ hot water tab is trickling luke warm water so we’re back in square one. Apart from that experience, the host is friendly. He went all the way explaining how to save the electricity and care for the doonas on top of the bed. Sadly not caring enough to ensure the guests have sufficient hot water especially when you need to shower early in the morning.

My room was spacious and quickly cooled with a little air conditioning. Breakfast served with kindness in the form of a sufficiently varied buffet. Nice to have a swimming pool in the hotel. Easy parking also in the hotel. Manuel Antonio Park easily accessible via the bus which stops in front of the hotel. A multitude of restaurants in the surrounding area including Varuna in the extension of the hotel which can certainly be recommended.

Una excelente experiencia en este hotel. El servicio al cliente de alto nivel. Es muy familiar. También destacar la limpieza del cuarto y la delicia del desayuno. Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y cerca del centro de Quepos y del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio.

A 5 minutos del parque nacional Manuel Antonio, excelentes restaurantes alrededor, habitaciones muy confortables. Queda en medio de Manuel Antonio y Quepos. Cristel Centeno nos atendió de manera excepcional. Muy amable y atenta en cada momento de la estadía.

Nos alojamos durante varios días este verano y estuvimos muy a gusto. Nos ubicaron en una habitación con mucha luz y Erick se encargó de recomendarnos lugares y visitas que hacer. Todo el personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta. Muchas gracias

Ubicación muy céntrica, la habitación estaba muy limpia, la piscina es grande y la atención del personal es excelente, siempre me ayudaron en todo lo que solicite. Vimos varios animalitos en sus hermosos jardines. Salí muy contenta con todo.

Pasar una semana en el hotel Divisa Mar ha sido algo estupendo. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila y segura, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados a los que se puede acceder a pie. La parada del bus a la playa se encuentra Justo enfrente por lo que es muy accesible (andando está a unos 20 min) Hay que destacar el trato tan amable del personal, en concreto de Eric. Estuvo atentos a nosotros en todo momento ¡muchas gracias! Nos encantaría repetir
