接待的老闆是個中年男士態度不錯，設施較齊全可以用洗衣機洗衣，冰箱能用，還有電磁爐什麼的。就在城中心離中蘇金街很近，離火車站也不遠。

房間乾淨衞生，有冰箱，我們買了一些飲料冰鎮在裏面，遊玩完回來喝正好。位置非常好，幹什麼都方便。老闆是把民宿當事業做的人，人熱情周到，接待和介紹事無鉅細。走後衣服落在店裡了，老闆還幫助寄回。太感謝了。🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

親，在攜程網預訂，我們和公寓老闆打電話，瞭解酒店住宿事項和網上介紹的一樣，老闆聽説有長者前來入住，他親自駕車前往去接我們，我們住了幾天，他介紹當地美食，和旅遊風景，還可以參加當地去俄羅斯一日遊，包括中午歺，便吃便看俄羅斯姑娘表演，沒有任何套餐外費用和小費，大家來滿洲里一定帶好護照，整個城市夜景是東方小俄洲，最後謝謝老闆，明年8月份去貝加爾湖還住你家公寓。

標間雙床正適合兩個人住，床不軟榻，睡起來很舒服。公寓式有冰箱、微波爐，打包的食物有暫存的地方。房間鄰路，晚上可觀賞外邊的燈光，我們家一般早睡早起，就沒怎麼在外邊看夜景，窗户厚實隔音效果不錯。房間乾淨整潔，公寓户數不多，走廊裏也不吵。老闆服務熱情，給我們介紹了當地景區，房間內也有攻略；經營用心，每一位來的遊客都會在地圖上標記。不錯的旅行，以後還會來滿洲里。

位置不錯，離火車站1公里多，步行20分鐘。房間衞生也可以，但沒有配置飲用水，臨街會有一點吵，房間窗簾完全不遮光，早上會很早被陽光叫醒，睡眠不好的人慎選。
