Great hotel. I got an upgrade to a quieter room which was great! Lovely view over the town and steppes…. The location is good too - you are in the chinese area, which is a bit more dignified than the russian restaurant centre (although just a 15 minute walk away)

Environment: The lobby is bright, clean and tidy. While heating, hot tea is provided in the lobby. While waiting for check-in, you can drink a cup of hot tea to warm yourself up and eat some sweets at the front desk.

Upstairs corridor: The scenery outside the window is beautiful, especially during blues time. Room: There is continuous heating in the family room and corridor. It is very warm when I go back to the room. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The room and bathroom are quite wide. There is a lot of bottled water provided. The overall stay is quite comfortable. (Double bed 1.5, small bed 1.2)
Breakfast: The dishes are quite average. If you have enough time, it is recommended to eat special breakfast outside.
Facilities: There is a laundry room and dryer (the dryer may be used by too many people and is under repair. Due to the weather, it is not easy to dry the clothes alone. It is recommended that you consult whether the dryer can work normally before deciding to wash it. Not doing laundry.)
Service: From check-in to check-out, the service attitude is very good, making people feel very friendly and considerate of customers. When checking out, the lady at the front desk also gave me extra steam eye masks for sleeping on the plane according to the number of people in the family room, which was very considerate. The store manager is also very warm and polite, asking about the experience of staying in the hotel, etc. If you have any questions, they will proactively ask and solve them.
The overall experience is very good and the price is also very good. I will choose here again next time I stay!
