位於步行街，旅遊季節停車很難，轉了3條街違章停在了黃格線裏，不過交通警察能夠理解，説不要停在斑馬網上就行。房間很小，有窗打不開，靠近電梯和服務枱，比較吵，旅遊房價時節價格偏高。

房間衞生間有點小，沒一次性拖鞋，除此之外衞生啥的沒啥問題，挨着步行街要是嫌吵晚上睡覺開空調就行，衞生挺好，這價格很不錯了。附近吃飯遊玩都挺方便的。

《滙資賓館》房間小而且陳舊，衞生差，被罩，毛巾，浴巾味道濃，估計有很長時間沒有更換了。我們在網上訂的房，慼覺上當了。

位置優越就在中蘇金街，滿州里火車站搭3路公交車在中蘇路下車可達，下樓就是步行街，老闆待人親切服務熱心，逢淡季性價比高。

優點：在步行街非常繁華，下樓就可以看海拉爾夜生活，盧布裏餐廳 大山俄貨 萬俄優選都在樓下。一次性用品齊全，空調可用。
缺點：房間特別小，被子就薄薄一層，毛巾和浴巾都很舊了，還好我們自己帶了一次性浴巾，隔音非常不好，旁邊打呼嚕説話都聽的一清二楚。
總體來説，在滿洲里旅遊旺季來説，這個價格算是還可以，但是平時的話絕對不值這個價格的，滿洲里也是一房難求，人實在是太多太多了！去的姐妹們要提前定好房間。

地理位置好，樓下就是中蘇街，吃飯購物都很方便，距離網紅餐廳盧布裏西餐廳步行衹需幾分鐘。
賓館雖小，卻還配置了電梯，這點必須給個好評。客房設施也很齊全，每天有保潔阿姨打掃。缺點是單人房面積實在太小，衹有十平米，大號旅行箱很難放下。浴室毛巾雖然是洗過的，但是因為用的時間比較長了，整體發黃。
另外需要注意的是這家賓館所在樓面一共有兩家旅館，上樓後左手邊才是滙資，右手邊是金屬賓館，要小心走錯。
