房間大，乾淨衞生整潔。整體風格有點過時，鋪地毯，大沙發。建議老闆在淡季重新裝修一下，捨棄地毯鋪木地板，笨重的沙發換為小巧的木質桌椅。地理位置不錯，離農貿市場不遠，穿過“茂州”那個城樓步行幾分鐘就到。老闆很熱情，電話告知路線，好出來迎接。祝生意興隆。

房間內部整潔乾淨，設施齊全，睡的很舒服。老闆熱情大方，服務態度相當OK。總之，性價比很高，住宿體驗很好，下次來茂縣還會選擇這家。
