The hotel is right next to the first beach. The room is very big and beautiful. The buffet seafood dinner is 98 per person which is not bad, especially the sashimi is very fresh. Breakfast is average, not much variety. Prices are so expensive during the Chinese New Year

跑茂名馬拉松過來的，房間挺大的，就在第一灘景區內，酒店後門出去就是沙灘，附近商鋪餐廳都很多，比較方便，房間沒有雪櫃，衞生還可以。夏天來比較好，冬天不能下水，有點浪費了。

第一次來茂名，海雲雁酒店是四星級的，就在第一灘那裡，入住後發現房間台盆堵塞了，衞生間排風扇是壞的，入住體驗感不太好。

海邊酒店，出後門就是沙灘，可是從房間走到沙灘，經後花園要走上5分鐘。酒店泳池不行，不知是不是有年頭緣故，感覺影出池水不怎麼乾淨，也不見多少人進去游泳。沙灘沙細，但垃圾多，海水都漂着垃圾，渾濁的海水，沒浪。洗衣房很好，比較滿意的設施。

這個酒店整體不錯，不過昨天遇到的前台真是氣人，我的前面也有一波人，前台各種笑臉迎，服務周到，人家都走了還看着人家到底找到電梯沒。輪到我刷好身份證給我房卡，連在幾樓電梯在哪各種也不告訴我，態度跟對待前面的客人完全不一樣！是因為我穿着隨便，訂的房也是沒早餐的嗎？服務真掃興！

房間有那麼一丟丟舊，衞生還可以，早餐中規中矩，餐廳空調不涼衹有吊扇，酒店有泳池，但衹有每個人遊一次政策，再遊要繳費，這實在不應該，變相增加內部收費，酒店外環境不錯海灘垃圾太多太多，希望酒店改善！
