【VS環境】同樣是靠海的幾家酒店（哦不，這家不是，它還不配稱之為酒店），同樣返潮，為什麼別人衞生條件可以搞得好，這家能如此臟亂差臭？
【VS價格】一百多塊更好的不是沒住過，在花了一百多的情況下，還會存在衞生間巨臭，不敢洗澡的可能性（反正本人晚上趕火車，下午又額外花錢在外面訂了一個鐘點房）【以及】要花錢打破傷風的可能性，有這錢住乾淨的酒店不香嘛？
【VS服務】店家顛來倒去重複【唯一】優點海景房的樣子讓人啼笑皆非。口口聲聲説照顧弱勢羣體，把賺弱勢羣體（的錢）説成照顧，店家是懂一些諧音梗的；一邊假意關照弱勢羣體，一邊內涵打差評的住客是窮鬼，這又是在宣揚一種怎樣的價值觀？
【關於退房】反正退不退都是有兩面説辭的啦，沒退的就説顧客故意差評，為什麼不退房，退了的就説顧客貪小便宜。
您不是人民幣，不能做到讓每個人都喜歡，但您讓每個人都差評是很有一手的，有這巭在網上陰陽怪氣，把本職的衞生工作幹好不好嗎？還是説其實就是連最基本的勤勞踏實都沒有，開店全靠嘴最硬？
不過説這麼多呢，都是拋磚引玉，接下來還是欣賞店家全新的陰陽怪氣or開噴話術吧！

此次出遊是體驗感最差的一次。房間設施牆身天花發黴，牀頭櫃板掉皮，房間有兩個吹風機都是不能使用的。壁畫不知道畫的啥，反正孩子看到覺得怪嚇人的。最不能接受的是房間沒有熱水，搞了一個多小時，到凌晨一點多還是沒有，挺着頭皮隨便沖兩下。搞到整晚下來都沒睡好。紙巾沒有配到，水也沒有。計劃是玩兩天的，這樣一搞，第二天家人都吵着要回家了。

入住茂名中國第一灘海邊公寓
來茂名中國第一灘已經記不得多少次了，但這次要在海邊沙灘上住一晚。我喜歡住在水邊，河邊，江邊，海邊。
這個中國第一灘海邊公寓就在海邊，離大海不到一百米，確確實實是一個公寓性質的，不要跟你心目中的豪華酒店相比。躺在床上就可以看到日出，小時候你媽媽整天説的“還不起床，太陽曬屁股了！”早上在中國第一灘海邊公寓就是真實要發生的——太陽曬屁股的情景。
來旅遊區居住最好在市區買些吃喝水果，旅遊區的東西會貴一點的，當然公寓要是有礦泉水提供就更符合現代人了。
不説了，脱光衣服下海去了。
又是到了半夜三更，今天剛好是掛颱風下暴雨，我住的是五樓最高層，房頂滴水滴在天花板的裝飾布上，跟夜班的人一説，馬上就給我換了隔壁的房間，還幫我搬東西。
上一次在梧州，也是寫稿到半夜三更出現問題，賓館很快就解決了。這就彰顯當班工作人員的應急處理能力。

海邊公寓後面的停車位是很充足的，隨時到達都有若住宿就免費的停車位。樓下出門，就看得到海邊，非常不錯。這個房間的空調比較給力，比較涼快。而且，住宿價格還算可以的。當然，也有不足，公寓樓房有點舊，房間燈光比較暗，晚上不夠明亮。

簡直就是垃圾中的戰鬥機，衞生非常差地上到處都是頭髮，設施也破破爛爛的，洗漱台漏不了水，空調開了兩個小時也不涼快，不知道是水壓的問題還是怎樣連洗澡水都發不出來，非常不推薦！！
