The hotel is labeled as high-end, but I did not enjoy high-end services. I stayed there two or three times in a row, and every time I checked in at the front desk, I felt in a mess. The service attitude is extremely poor, and it feels like you are condescending. Does the service attitude depend on the room type? I really want to comment on the service of this store. I booked a business suite. I couldn't find the paper and pen on the desk in the room. Use the phone in the room to call the front desk, but all the buttons cannot be dialed to the front desk. Then dialing the front desk with the official number is not enough. As a result, I ran to the front desk from the 13th floor to get a pen and paper. This service has left me speechless. What was even more speechless was still behind. The phone in the room rang after 7:00 in the morning, and a robot came to the door, and someone rang the door bell. I don't know what went wrong, since someone came to live in my room, it was after 7 o'clock in the morning. 💔The man left and the phone rang again. The waiter at the front desk asked me if I lived in this room? He also asked me what my name was, and said that no one lived in this room, so I was speechless to the limit. Just imagine, can you sleep after such a toss at 7 o'clock in the morning? I often travel and stay in hotels, and I have never encountered such a wonderful service. We booked a total of 4 rooms here that night. Breakfast was poor. The service is poor. Anyway, it's a bad review. Originally, I was very keen on this brand of hotel and would stay here often, but the service of this hotel really needs to be improved.
