房間衞生乾淨，酒店位置出入方便，性價比高。酒店要改善是礦泉水是付費的商品，要明示給顧客，不要做打死狗再講價的小動作。其他酒店的礦泉水是贈送的，不是贈送的都明示標誌。希望改善。

參加2024年茂名馬拉松而預訂的房間。房間裝修稍顯舊，但收拾得挺乾淨，服務態度不錯，停車方便，總體來説還是滿意的。自駕出行，對城際交通沒體會，但周邊離公園、麥當勞、區委區政府、超市等，都比較近。稍有建議是房間密封一般，偶有煙味飄進來。

訂單出現了問題遲遲解決不了，基本每次都要我主動去打電話溝通聯繫，都過去3天了一點進度都沒有😡😡😡😡，客服都不知道在幹啥，每次都説難解決，真是服氣了😡😡😡😡氣的我去找**客服，半個小時內搞定還做了補償，舒心！懂了，找前台沒啥*用，還是得找平台客服才行，住個酒店把自己氣個半死😡🤬
