First of all, the room is quite new, but the routine is deeper.
When you book a room on Ctrip, you are given the worst room by default. When you arrive, they tell you that the window is very small and you can add 10 yuan to get a room with a bigger window. Add 38 yuan to get a room with a bigger window, check-out at 2 o'clock, and breakfast.
In fact, there are only a few rooms on each floor. The elevator is also very slow. It takes at least 5 minutes to wait when it is busy.
I won't dare to stay in a hotel owned by Dongcheng Group anymore.
