Hotel is very new, very clean, very good landscape,
The hotsprings next door are great but most important are the staff that is always pending to give you services without even asking.
The manager Hao Lan helped us make this stay memorable, thanks tou Mr Lan !

Great service - specially Mr. Hao knows how to make the guests happy and satisfied - thanks a lot for everything!!!!! great food, beautiful room, we will definitely come back. We had an amazing time at Sheraton Maoming Hot Spring Resort.

Although the hotel is a bit far away from city it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and didn't smell dusty. Hallways were neat and quiet. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly. Only one fault was when showering the water will go to boiling hot then ice cold. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax in peace and quiet. My baby enjoyed feeding the koi fish and watching the performance at night.

Definitely 5 stars experience. Staffs are very helpful, and treating us like VIP. Rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family taking a get away vacation here.

This hotel is very good. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The concierge will help with the luggage and send it to the room. Few hotels do this nowadays. They do it very well. The room is clean and tidy. Everything meets the standards of the Sheraton brand. It is a very good resort hot spring hotel.
