I booked online and my flight was delayed, I asked them to get me a refund bc i wasn’t gonna be able to get there and i explained the situation and they don’t refund me not even half of how much I paid, they deny the cancellation or a free refund due to this problem that I had, they just kept the money and I never used the room. Do not book with them in the future bc this is not fair at all, lose all the money bc they refuse to give u a refund or half of the price at least I think is not worth it.

Most horrible service! They scam you! Be careful when you pay your deposit make sure you check the room after you check out because they make up **** and say ur room smells like cigarettes even if it isn’t and charge you. I’ve had another person at the reception complain about something. When ask for proof the manager says she doesn’t need to show proof. Horrible

Need to clean every where in the room and Outside of room, need to use Equipements for smoke.
When i booked reservation i called to receptionist and confirm with Tina that its a 100% smoke free motel but when i reached whole property had smoking smell, even i changed 3 rooms then i got little room with not a too much smoking smell, i didn't sleep all night because of bugs and little smoking smell even flloor was too much sticky, housekeepers did not clean microwave and fridge properly, curtains were so dirty its a terrible experience in my life and i decided that in future i will not going to use any motel who own by redroof

elevator was down 4 times in our 3 weeks. main microwave was down and we had a broken microwave. only upside they clean your room once a week.

Friendly staff, older hotel, need renovation. Especially the bathroom. Good area, but the property is hard to get to if you’re not familiar with New Jersey.
