The decoration of the rooms, as indeed of the entire hotel, is very pleasant, however, care must be taken not to neglect its modernization/maintenance with regard to small details (walls, shower glass, wood, etc.) . The breakfast is one of the most complete and quality (both in terms of offering, products and service) that we have experienced in Africa and, even, compared to many 5* European hotels. Good location within the city of Maputo, the hotel restaurant has a good menu, and there are several restaurants in the area with very good options.

Hotel is well located. Check-in is easy and efficient with all the details and amenities explained. Breakfast is scrumptious and service is great. I was disappointed with the fact that you do not have access to an iron and laundry service only opens at 7am. Be prepared to attend meetings with wrinkled clothing if you arrive at night. Everything else checks the right boxes and staff are friendly and respectful.

Unfortunately the booking through Trip.com wasn't working when I arrived the hotel. Please send the money back, because I had to pay again for the stay at Montebelo Girassol Maputo Hotel.
