NO VAYAN!!! TE ROBAN EN LAS HABITACIONES!!! Volvimos ayer de un fin de semana de terror gracias a ese hotel. Nos robaron adentro de la habitación. Bolso completo de mi hna, celulares, dinero y ropa de mis otros tres hnos. La ventana estaba violentada. Entraron por un patio interno aparentemente. No tienen cámaras ni sistema de seguridad. Cuando uno podría imaginar que eso fue lo peor y que vas a recibir un gesto al menos de compresión por parte del hotel todo lo contrario. Apareció el dueño. Y juro que si lo hubiera conocido antes no me hubiera alojado jamás ahí. Desagradable su respuesta. Pedante y extremadamente soberbio. Al menos esperábamos una disculpa. Un gesto empático. Nada de eso. Hasta amenazaron con llamar a la policía si contábamos a los demás turistas lo sucedido. Y así fue que vino la policía. Hicimos la denuncia correspondiente y accionaremos legalmente.

El hotel es hermoso, el desayuno es espectacular, es muy variado y muy rico. La ubicación es increíble, a 1 cuadra de la playa, a 1 cuadra de Alem y a 10 de güemes, no usas el auto para nada!!! A parte te dan sillas y toallas para la playa. El personal es muy servicial y predispuesto, muy buena onda todos.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña. Dice 13 metros pero no llega ni a 9 metros con baño incluido. El lugar alrededor de la cama no permite circular a dos personas. Es una habitación que debería ofrecerse para una persona. La sensación de claustrofobia y la incomodidad hicieron de la estadía un verdadero suplicio. Ruidos de obra lindera a las 8 am. No hay placard , solo un perchero esquinero y mueble alrededor de la cama. La cama era cómoda. El baño diminuto. El desayuno bastante bien para un 3 estrellas. No deberían habilitar habitaciones con estas dimensiones.

Todo muy bueno. Habitación, instalaciones, desayuno super completo y el personal muy atento. En la mejor zona de Mar del Plata. Se puede estacionar en la zona. A 100 mts de Playa Grande y 100 mts de Alem con su zona gastronómica. Recomendable 100%

Espantosa experiencia! Mi habitación que se suponía de una categoría superior era pequeña y con olor “indescriptible “. Lamento mucho por las personas que trabajan allí que son encantadoras pero las prestaciones del hotel son horrendas. Mi habitación estaba lindera a una obra en construcción que comenzaba a taladrar a las 8.00 am y seguía durante todo el día. Invivible!!! Sin opción de cambio tuve que irme del hotel y rogar que Despegar me reembolse el dinero. Una verdadera estafa! Debería darles vergüenza tenerlo entre sus ofertas. Es decididamente un lugar de la peor categoría que he conocido.

Bien ubicado,limpio ,bien atendido ,desayuno excelente,perfecta calefaccion,en el baño funciona todo y muy bien,las camas son amplias y muy buena blanqueria.A un paso de Alem y a pocas cuadras de Guemes.Zona de playa Grande ,donde el pintoresquismo marplatense aparece en todo su explendor

Ubicado a una cuadra de Playa Grande, y a dos cuadras de la calle Alem. Es muy cómodo, las habitaciones son un poco chicas, pero tienen todo lo necesario. Cuenta con TV led, frigobar, secador de pelo y excelente wifi. La limpieza, toallas y sábanas son muy buenas. El desayuno es excelente, tipo bufete. Para la playa te prestan reposera y toallas. Me encantó. Voy a volver

Pequeño hotel boutique de excelente atención. Desayuno increíble en variedad y calidad. Ofrecen pequeñas opciones a la carta (por ejemplo huevos revueltos) Los cuartos pequeños pero muy bien distribuidos y diseñados. Cama comodisima. La ubicación la mejor de Mar del Plata, a cuadras de playa grande y de la tradicional calle Alem, con bares, restaurantes y boutiques. Comodisimo!
