It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. Beautiful resort on the coast of Marbella. Exceptional service. The hotel as 23 restaurants with a variety of cuisine and atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. The housekeeping are excellent with the rooms cleaned every morning while at breakfast and again for turn down in the evening while you are our for dinner. We stayed in March when the weather was bit cold but all the pools are heated. The gym is top tier with both saunas and steam room. The spa is also beautiful i would especially recommend the massages.

An amazing hotel experience. The bar and restaurant area is out of this world. You cannot fail to be impressed. Everyone is lovely and trying to make the visit special. We will be back. The portion sizes in the Italian restaurant are for sharing!
