I booked 3 junior suits, we were traveling 5 adults and 4 children and in the reservation it was clearly stated that children from 3 to 7 years old entered the room for free. We arrived and they did not have my reservation and they put us in 3 normal rooms with an extra very uncomfortable bed. One of the very small rooms, with a strong smell of tobacco and facing the highway, we could not sleep well. I would like a refund of the overcharge. Thank you

This is a great hotel, the rooms were very clean, the staff were great, especially the entertainment team, best I've come across. Free shuttle bus into the town up to 7pm. The only downside, the food wasn't great, not alot of choice, and not a very big restaurant, you may struggle for a seat high season. Would definitely recommend and would certainly visit again.

First impressions were good. We arrived late, yet the dining room had saved food for our arrival. A picnic style plate of sandwich, fruit and other bits. This place has the best shower I have ever had abroad. ALWAYS hot and the pressure was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. Yes you have to get a token for your drink cup. This is 1euro. You get the euro back when you leave This is only for the pool bar and not the evening bars. Apparently you can hire towels for the sun beds for 10 euros. We were not told this but I heard other people talking about it and they had blue towels. Yes the food isn't Al a carte but there is always choice. It's not always the hottest but there are 2 microwaves in the main food area. I will say if you have a sweet tooth you will be disappointed by dessert choices at lunch and tea. Lots of nice pastries at breakfast. There are pastries and fruit next to pool bar after breakfast and some form of lunch after lunch serving till 630. There should be no need to be hungry. The entertainment were always visible. They were so good with children-even outside of the kids club area. At night the dancefloor was always full - I just admit mainly by the spanish visitors. One night it was so nice to see them invite a young British couple to dance with them and teach them a traditional dance. All pools cleaned every day. All staff lovely. Sebas on reception is a total asset to the reception team. The dance trained entertainment team member is friendly and very helpful after I lost my phone in a taxi. The inside bar was efficiently run but several staff but two stood out. Just wish I had go their names. Nothing is a problem especially for Sebas on reception. They are happy to talk about local areas. Phone taxis. Advice on bus service. When you first pull up to hotel you may think you are isolated and on a motorway. You barely hear any traffic and there are a selection of shops, bars, chemist and tobacconist literally on your door step as is the bus stops. So there always has to be some Negatives. I would worry that in the height of summer the indoors bar couldn't cope with the volume of people. There were major wars over getting seats to watch entertainment and the queues at bar could get quite long. The pinecone on trees are large so be very wary where you place your sunbed. You cannot get a cup of tea or coffee with your lunch or tea in the dining room. They are blocked off after breakfast. The juice was coming out warm from the all inclusive section next to the bar. But you could just go to the bar for a cold drink. They advertise a heated pool and there wasn't one. They also advertise a beach shuttle bus which I never seen. The beach is literally a 10 minute walk anyway. Some suggestions to the hotel would be - Keep the butter next to bread (it's currently beside fruit) Keep milk near to coffee machines (it's also next to the fruit) Have different spoons for each

Good entertainment for kids with the pool, slides and activities. Adult pool pretty small but great big shallow pool for toddlers. Lots of sunbeds in different areas. Room was good size with mini fridge and safe. Balcony tiny but was ok for me. Nice grounds. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff generally good. Restaurant was busy most of the time. I wasn't a fan of the food. Although the beach (lovely), shops, supermarket and restaurants are nearby, the walk from the hotel next to the dual carriageway is on a very narrow pavement. I didn't feel safe on it and definitely wouldn't use it in the dark. There didn't seem to be a route from the back of the hotel as the gates were locked. Maybe another route could be a possibility? There's a small market on a Friday and Saturday at the nearby square to the right of the hotel. Good and cheap public transport links to Marbella and Malaga. Get the bus to Marbella. Nice vibe there. Or get a taxi to Fuengirola and then take the train to Malaga. Trains run every half hour.

We came here with 7 people from work for a 4 day golfing holiday. I'll try and keep this short and sweet with bullet points: Good points: 1 Room was kept clean and cleaning staff were fast and efficient Bad Points: 1 Location of hotel is horrendous with next to nothing close by on a major dual carriageway, its 10 Km in one direction from Marbella centre and 20Km in the other direction to Fuengirola 2 Food is terrible, poor choice, poor quality with bizarre things like garden peas for breakfast. 3 Drinks are poor, bottles of water are 1 euro at reception (surely this should be included at an all inclusive) 4 I'd rate this as a 3 star hotel, no way is it a 4 star. 5 Gym is very poor 6 You can't actually get anywhere by walking from the hotel as there are no paths that go anywhere apart from a dodgy one that runs along the crash barriers to the dual carriageway Info: Number 220 bus from the bus stop outside the hotel takes you to Marbella Old town for 1 Euro 80. There's a hotel bus that takes you to a beach every half hour. There's a supermarket just around the corner. You can walk to Puerto Banus along the beach or a good path from Marbella centre (4 mile walk)

The food is very poor and basic, not much choice and I eat everything and I’m not fussy, peas for breakfast?? Same good every day. Nothing for children except pizza which was not really available. Entertainment was in Spanish and French so playing bingo was difficult, there was not enough bar staff so the queue was very long. Nice clean rooms, no way is this a 4 star by far more a 3.

Generally good but some things could be improved. Bathroom was surface clean but when you looked closer it needed a deep clean. Food is satisfactory but could be better. This hotel is a good 3 star rather than a 4 star. We had a car so we could access lots of places but wouldn’t stay here without a car. Some of the reviews had me worried but the hotel is nowhere as bad as some reviews state. A comment about price of taxis was amusing. Didn’t this person research where it was situated before booking
