Extra wide sliders complete with transom windows create a feeling of outside in. (Although many people love the many windows to some, it's unfamiliar. You are safer here, however, than in any big city!)

Expansive chef's kitchen for hosting beautiful meals. Cozy, muted tones provide serenity for your stay. A fully graveled courtyard with teak furniture, an outdoor fireplace, firepit, BBQ and a hammock for 2. You might not want to leave the property! We are 5 min to Stone Ridge, 15 to New Paltz, 20 to Kingston and Mohonk Preserve with 8,000 acres of hiking is under 10 min away. Minnewaska with 22,000 acres is 15 min away.

Guest access

You’ll have access to the entire home and grounds. * Please do not straight onto my neighbor’s property, The property is situated on 4 acres, half of which are groomed and walkable.

Other things to note

You must be 25 y/o to book this property. Please send photo of your license, and all guests that will be on the property.

We are situated in the Catskill mountain region. There have been sightings of wild animals, such as fox, bear, coyote, etc.. For your safety please do not leave food or trash outside and carry bear spray for safety.

Also, the primary bedroom is beautiful and bright, if you like to sleep in I suggest an eye mask.
