Non ero mai stato nel Conero ed è stata una esperienza fantastica il residence magnifico pulito immerso nella pace più assoluta camera numero 7 fantastica, Sig Attilio super per tutti i consigli ricevuti… gente magnifica nulla da dire ♥️♥️♥️

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo residence di recente costruzione e per quanto ci riguarda siamo stati benissimo. Attilio il proprietario è super simpatico e gentile , la piscina è piccolina ma ben tenuta e l'acqua è pulita ,la sconsiglio se cercate un po' di pace e relax perché lo spazio è limitato e se ci sono bimbi è impossibile stare in acqua . La struttura dista circa 10 minuti dal mare e dal centro paese c'è una salita da fare piedi poco piacevole se fa molto caldo ma fattibile,altrimenti si può uscire in auto e con 4/5euro al giorno la si parcheggia.

Una struttura nuova di pacca ma con le sommarie cure che riceve, dà già i primi segnali di decadenza. Foto decisamente da angolazioni favorevoli, la piscina è piccola e sporca. Di fronte a diverse pecche, grandi e piccole, la reazione del proprietario era tra negazione e supponenza. So che diverse cose "possono capitare" ma io non "devo capire". Gradirei una parola di scuse di fronte alle cose più gravi ma non è arrivata mai. Non troverò nemmeno fosse offerto.

Ho soggiornato due settimane in questo residence appartamento pulito e silenzioso dotato di tutti i confort vicino alle spiagge e al centro con piscina. con servizio spiaggia compreso nel prezzo. lo consiglio vivamente
