Super lieve gastvrouw! Haar man is ook een champagne boer en doet 4000 flessen per jaar. Ze zijn de 3de generatie die het bedrijf voortzetten. Onder hun huis zit de wijnkelder wat nu een klein museum is, waar je een rondleiding kan krijgen. Voor ons deed ze t in het Engels, ze had er wat moeite mee. Maar t ging hartstikke goed. Champagne als de dessert wijn die ze maken kan je er kopen, wat een aanrader is. Ontbijt is elke dag het zelfde, wel vers met stokbrood, croissant & een chocolade pain. Wij hadden de familie kamer met ze 2e. Groot en schoon appartement. Bedden waren wel erg hard, al vond mijn partner dat niet. Nadeel is dat je niet achter elkaar kan douchen, de boiler moest dan weer vullen. We mistte beide wel een koffiezetapparaatje of een waterkoker in het appartement.

Tout fut parfait (presque, cf plus bas) : chambre très spacieuse, très propre et décorée avec goût, située au calme / grande salle de bain, douche à l'italienne, double vasque / toilettes séparées. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié les cinq nuits passées sur place, et la gentillesse de notre hôtesse. Bémol : nous aurions souhaité que la poubelle de la salle de bain soit vidée lors de notre séjour, étant donné sa durée ...

Un accueil magnifique, une chambre exceptionnel une table d'hôtes splendide... Que rajouter de plus ? ... La gentillesse de Sandrine ! N'hésitez pas, simply the best ! Le tout à 3 km d'Epernay et de nombreuses maisons de Champagne. Perso, si je retourne dans la région, je reprends la même chambre d'hôtes !
