I have reserved 2 family rooms of historic stone decoration. However, at arrival, they have allocated only one room as reserved, 2nd room as average double bed room. Breakfast was mediocre with low quality varieties, no local options, tea is served in kettle. In the evening when sit at their rooftop restaurant, they ripped of us with ridiculous prices.

Very disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The rooms of this place are run down, dirty with a terrible sewer smell. Mold on the walls which is odd being we are in the desert. The beds have one thread worn sheet covering the mattresses and one blanket. Which is really gross considering how many people sleep on the mattress. Wall paper coming off the walls. Curtains filthy. Just overall run down and dirty. Bathroom smells of sewer very dirty with years of not being cleaned properly. Towels dingy and ready for retirement. Being an avid traveler and a backpacker in my younger days I have been to much nicer Hostels then this hotel They have live music on a lovely terrace but it would be nice to have known as I would not have booked this place because the music went in late and loud every night preventing sleep. Breakfast was from 8-10:30. I went up at 9:30 there was nothing left and nothing to be brought out. Unfriendly breakfast staff. I ended up going to a cafe across the street as it was clean and friendly. Extremely disappointed and I will be very wary of online reviews from here on out. I hope you will find this review helpful. This is a 1 star hotel.

Tuğhan Hotel used to be my favorite hotel in Mardin the location is perfect. After 3 stays in a row in different years, this time my stay a bit disappointed me. Quality of breakfast is not as good as before, no daily housekeeping, and room was not as clean as before. Though the staff was helpful and friendly. I hope Tuğhan Hotel will be better as before as I still wish to stay again when I visit Mardin.

Mardinin güzel manzarası, otelden çıktığınızda gördüğünüz kale, gezilecek dükkanlar çok yakın merkezde olduğu için yürüme mesafesi gezebilirsiniz.. otelin temizliği, kahvaltısı, kahve ikramları çok güzel.. Güleryüzünüz, ilginiz için çok teşekkürler… bir daha yolumuz düşerse, sizinde yolunuz düşerse düşünmeden kalabilirsiniz… herşey için çok teşekkürler

A decent centrally located hotel, with the look and feel of the local traditional architecture, provides an incredible view of the open valley underneath, as well as convenient to walk around the city. Staff was very careful, got served tea on multiple occasions by the owner. The breakfast is outstanding.

A place to avoid. The hotel is in terrible condition, there is a strong acrid smell in all the rooms. The reason is that they put mothballs in the sink drain to cover the stench coming from the sewer system. The rooms are located above a disco, where every night there is a crazy noise until midnight. The echo makes it impossible to rest. Last but not least: the water had two interruptions in one day. I strongly advise against staying in this hotel, it is really unpleasant.

Плохой отель. Цена не соответствует качеству. Завтрак был, как для нищих. В холле сидела группа гостей и курила, хотя это запрещено. Когда мы пожаловались в рецепшене, портье сказал, что ничего не может с этим сделать.... На кровати у нас было одно одеяло, но мы с мужем не можем спать под одним и попросили ещё второе одеяло. Нам принесли его, но без пододеяльника. Когда мы попросили пододеяльник, нам сказали что его нет.... В номере был сломан душ ...и никто не спешил его чинить. Матрасы были проваленные, как гамаки. Для моих проблем со спиной это была просто катастрофа! Каждый вечер до 12 часов ночи шумела музыка и невозможно было спать. Одно утро нам нужно было уезжать в тур в 8.00 А завтрак в гостинице начинался в 8.30 В нормальных гостиницах обычно делают бокс - кладут завтрак в коробочку. Здесь же нам ничего не сделали... Вобщем, держитесь от этой гостиницы подальше.

Eski mardin merkezinde müthiş bir konuma sahip. Personel çok ilgili, kapıdan çıktığınız anda direk çarşıdasınız. Odalar ***et ideal. Yorumlardan bakınca tereddüt etmiştik ama tekrar gelecek olsam yine aynı oteli tercih ederim. Otel sahibiyle tesadüfen terasta tanıştık çok tatlı insanlar tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle…
