On the day of departure from the hotel, I had several free hours. I left my luggage with the administration for storage. First I went to the city center, then came back to the hotel to change my bags and go to the beach. An hour before the bus, I returned to the hotel to get my luggage, BUT I noticed there was no lock on the suitcase. It seemed strange to me, but upon a quick inspection I did not notice the absence of things. Moreover, I had a lot of them, I had to roll them up and somehow put them in a suitcase. Then I didn’t think anything particularly bad, and I didn’t have time, the bus was in an hour, there was no time to look through everything down to the smallest detail... and... I thought... maybe I myself forgot to fasten the lock on the suitcase. When I arrived home, I found this lock inside the suitcase....and MISSING shirt!!! The shirt was stolen! They stole it so carefully that it would not be immediately noticed. After my review on the website, the administration wrote back that the luggage was LOCKED IN THE ROOM and I did not show anything to them when inspecting the suitcase. Of course not! I have not noticed! I didn’t think about them and didn’t think that this was even possible! It's a pity, it's a pity. It's a shame...

I was on holiday at the Ronconi hotel and I had a very good time. Good and varied breakfast, friendly and courteous staff, excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Ease of reaching the sea. I will definitely return.
