Premier Inn Uckfield

Elysia and Alisha made me feel really welcome, food was amazing, everywhere was unbelievably clean and I felt so comfortable here. Staff are a credit to this hotel and Tui was especially amazing. Thank you Uckfield, I will return when I'm next working this way 😀

Such a friendly, clean and hospitable premier inn. We really had a fantastic stay and are grateful for the kind and helpful hosting given by Johana, Molly, Alisha and Julie. Bonus that there is a big M&S food next door for essentials in case you forget anything (we needed more baby food for example). Restaurant in the hotel was great. Nice choice of food and meal deal really worth it! Great place to stay as a family to experience the bluebell railway as it’s super close (by car) and national trust park (Sheffield park) also close by for children to let off steam.

Unfortunately this stay was a very bad experience. My 6 year old, autistic, non verbal child sustained an injury to her finger from a bit of glass what was on the carpet. Staff would have seen upon cleaning the next day that there was blood on the quilt, wall and curtain. This caused us a lot of distress. I didn't feel comfortable taking them out of the room late when this happened to speak to staff. I had full intention on saying something in the morning but upon checking out there was no one at the desk. We were also very disturbed by other customers who kept banging between the hours of 0100 - 0300. I didn't want to leave my children in the middle of the night so I couldn't report this at the time either.

Stayed here over the Easter break while visiting family. Super friendly hotel, rooms were very spacious and bed was 10/10 Check in lady was very helpful and all staff greeted you as they saw you. Breakfast was the best one we have ever had. Thank you for our comfy stay.

First time stayed at premier inn for a long time. Upon arrival made very welcome had evening meal julie was excellent and attended to our needs. Food was good no complaints in that direction. Totally object to having to pay a car parking fee. If you stay at a hotel and pay in advance then it should be free. Not acceptable

This premier inn is a newer hotel and it shows, no squeaky floors boards, good air conditioning. Friendly and Efficient staff, check in was great - Julie was so friendly and welcoming it was lovely. I had a meal deal booked and had dinner which was fine - very good and the restaurant was busy, staff coped great. Breakfast was also lovely, buffet style and plenty of choice. Great location with a M&S and Home Bargains next door. One of my fave Premier Inns to stay when away. Goodnight sleep, although someone had preset the TV to come on at 11pm as a reminder which turned tv on but luckily I had the volume turned down as learnt this from another premier inn I stayed where the volume was set high. Quite a jump of the TV comes on late in the night. Someone obviously has fun setting the reminders.
