Sauberes Hotel, Bad im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Good location .I stayed for 5 nights.The breakfast was o.k.Fine swimming pool,but it was vacation time and families with children make it not so easy to swim and relax.In the reception they have thermal spring.I hade 3 thermal bath,this I would recommend to do

Their all inclusive is an absolute disappointment. Cheap wine from tetrapaks.. The food was pretty dull as well. The rooms are outdated. Hair dryer was constantly overheating, it was not possible to hold it in hands for longer than 10 seconds. Cleaning lady came to the room without knocking.. Receptionist barely speak English. The location is fine, but otherwise would not recommend staying there.

War durchwegs sehr schön, Whirlpool, Schwimmbad, Massagen sehr angenehm. Zimmer, Service, Personal toll, das Frühstück war Prima. Und die Lage mitten in der Stadt. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Preis/Leistung Top

Schönes Hotel gute Lage, Toller Wellness Bereich mit Sauna, Whirlpool Schwimmbecken mit Düsen. Zimmer Großzügig , Frühstück erstklassig in Qualität und Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich, parken möglich in Tiefgarage aber nur mit nicht zu großen Autos

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr griesgrämig. Die Gesicht aller Mitarbeitern war finster. Anstatt sollten sie immer sehr zärtlich und gefühlvoll sein, sahen sie sehr sehr unglücklich aus. Man denkt immer entweder hätte ich hochwahrscheinlich etwas falsch gemacht oder im Gegenteil hätten sie hochwahrscheinlich ein Problem. Ehrlich gesagt, sind wir in Innenstadt Spaziergang gemacht, fast alle Leute waren such sehr sehr unglücklich und die Gesichte waren sehr griesgrämig . Niemand sieht glücklich aus. Essen war sehr lecker und gut. Beim Buchen sieht man nicht, dass man noch für Parkplatz eine Reservierung machen muss. Deshalb beim Eintritt habe ich gestritten, dass sie mich falsch eingeleitet sind. Das Hotel passt nicht definitiv für eine Familie mit Kindern, welche Spaß noch machen möchten. Es ist sehr gut für über 80 Jahre Ehepaare. Wir möchten Massage bekommen, leider bis eine Woche waren sie besetzt!!! In meinem Zimmer Kasse war kaputt. Obwohl wir all inclusive gebucht habe, findet man auch 1 Wasser in Kühlschrank. Pepsi war auch beim Essen kostenpflichtig !!!

Alles in allem hat es uns hier gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die ärztliche Beratung war kompetent und ausführlich, die Anwendungen wohltuend. Das Essen in Buffetform ist appetitlich angerichtet, das Angebot ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal im Restaurant und bei den Anwendungen ist sehr freundlich, was man bei den Damen an der Rezeption leider nicht sagen kann. Ein kleines Lächeln und ein paar freundliche Worte hätte ihnen gut gestanden, zumal die Rezeption der erste Eindruck ist, den man von einem Hotel bekommt. Ein kleines Manko ist auch die ungemütliche Bar in der Lobby, wo es sehr zugig ist. Positiv überrascht haben uns die Matratzen, auf denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Wir haben für März bereits wieder gebucht und hoffen, dass das Personal an der Rezeption bis dahin ein Briefing in Sachen Freundlichkeit bekommen hat

Heute angereist für ein Wochenende zu zweit nach langer Zeit mit Kindern. Ankunft und einchecken war ok. Nach dem Begrüßungsgetränk wollten wir ein paar Anwendungen buchen… nach kurzer Diskussion: „ich hab jetzt keine Zeit: bitte um 2100 Uhr wieder kommen“ wow!! Grad ist 1800 😂 Unglaublich aber wahr ! 😉
