Our magnificent fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor in a recent secure residence with swimming pool and parking.Its spacious living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs from where you can watch a beautiful sunset over the lagoon every evening while lying on a deckchair. The terrace closes with an electric shutter.A kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter...In the living room, there is a convertible sofa for 2 people (Queen size mattress). Enjoy the connected television and the wifi !The large bedroom has a king size bed all in solid wood, a large closet with hanging space. It overlooks the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet.The apartment can host 4 people but we can add an extra bed for one more person.All household linen is provided: towels, foutas, sheets.The residence is closed by an automatic gate, your parking space is just behind the apartment.
