Just home after a short trip to Barracuda Hotel in Torremolinos. Hotel is in a good location and the roof top bar is lovely , great views from it. No hot water for shower so we had to have cold showers each evening. My main fault about this complex was we had asked on arrival if we could book and pay for a late check out and we were told ask on the morning of our departure which we did to be told no not possible. We asked if there would be anywhere for us to shower and change before leaving for airport and we were told we could shower at the pool and had to change in the toilets. So we had to check out at 12noon and our flight was not until 11.40pm. Did not find reception staff very friendly or helpful.

camere pulite, bagno con doccia molto spaziosa; posizione ottima, si possono raggiungere a piedi spiaggia e paese. 5 stelle per tutto il personale! un ringraziamento particolare alla ragazza del bar in piscina, mi sono affidata sempre a lei a scatola chiusa ed è stata un'esperienza alla scoperta di cocktail unici e buonissimi!! grazie!

Le foto delle camere sul sito non sono realistiche, in realtà sono piccolissime per non parlare del bagno l'unica che si salva è la doccia , condizionamento rumoroso o non funzionante , spazi comuni privi di condizionamento, secondo la mia esperienza non merita 4 stelle.

Der Garten und das Schwimmbad waren sehr schön. Der Speisesaal düster und laut, war aber auch voll besetzt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber Ablageflächen waren vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer hat es einfach gestunken nach Schimmel, am schlimmsten war es im Bad. Wir hatten zwar den ganzen Tag die Fenster geöffnet, aber geholfen hat es auch nicht. Es betraf nicht nur unser Zimmer 206, auch in den Zimmern daneben war es nicht besser. Für uns ist klar, nie wieder.

Colazione davvero eccellente, volevo fare i complenti per la pulizia delle camere e della zona piscina e sopratutto per il personale. Responsabile di sala molto disponibile per tutto, Erika la nuova ragazza arrivata in questi giorni… sempre con il sorriso e pronta ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa, trasmette proprio serenità e ti fa sentire a casa, e in fine la signora della reception che ci ha consigliato dei posti dove cenare e dei posti da visitare qui sull’isola. Davvero tutti molto disponibili e gentili

Sehr sehr gutes hotel! Umringt von Grünem wie grüne Oase, schönes Schwimmbad-sehr aufmerksame Besitzer, super liebes und geschultes Personal. Restaurant sagen wir die Küche hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen-sehr sehr lecker. Wir wurden ohne aufhebens von unserem Zimmer in eine Juniorsuite verlegt- danke an Alessia, zara und Federica! Cecilia die perle des Hauses(in der Bar) hat uns mit verschiedenen aperos ind digestives bekannt gemacht. Großer Parkplatz fur die Gäste. Wir werden sicherlich zurückkommen danke an alle! Wifi war leider nur bedingt zu erhalten in Rezeption un restaurant. In den oberen Etagen2. u. 3 funktionierte Wlan nicht. Denke dieses problemchen wird bald behoben sein!

Meraviglioso! Pulizia ottima, personale preparato e attento a ogni esigenza. Cucina molto buona. Sicurezza garantita. Adorabile dormire nei lettini in piscina in oasi di pace. Ho soggiornato presso il Barracuda Hotel Resort con il mio ragazzo durante il weekend di Pasqua. Prima volta per noi all'isola d'Elba. E' stata un' esperienza davvero positiva e piacevole. La struttura è bella e pulita, troverete una piscina e una palestra esterna e anche le camere sono molto carine, dotate di tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto la camera con vista sulla piscina, circondate dalle palme. Inoltre anche la posizione dell'albergo è ottima: situata a Marina di Campo, a 400 metri dal mare: sul lungo mare potete trovare tanti lidi, bar e anche un supermercato! Il personale è stato davvero gentile e professionale: alla reception potranno darvi tutte le informazioni che desiderate e la proprietaria Carolina è stata davvero simpatica e cordiale. Avrete anche la possibilità di bere ottimi drink di qualità perché la barman è davvero brava! Infine, al ristorante abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Che dire, super consigliato!
