Most wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the service we received was exceptional, right down to remembering how you liked your coffee. We felt truly looked after and refreshed at the end of our stay. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We didn’t get a TUI flight, which could make anyone a little nervous if any issues. But pleasantly surprised with EasyJet, flight on time and because of the hotel we chose, we ineffect had a private transfer, greeted at airport as well as the return pickup. Hotel Andreaneri was perfect, staff, room, food, cleanliness and positioning for most sightseeing destinations. What stood out for us were the lovely trained staff, so responsive and efficient, especially the waiting personnel in the intimately styled restaurant which has a terrace to also dine on. Cinqueterra boat and train. Pisa, Lucca and the market at Forti dei Marmi. Hotel has the lovely Bagno Milano owned and run by the same family as hotel, well stocked drinks and snacks, restaurant and sun beds and shades. Don’t forget to jump on a bus and see the lovely small city of Pietrasanta. A great five star vacation. A big thankyou to The Family and Team staff. We had room 304, great view over the what is and feels like a residential area, close to bus stops. The buses accept card tap and don’t forget to validate train tickets before travelling, check timetables! 😳 Date of experience: 31 May 2024

Old and shabby rooms. Depression guaranteed, thank goodness the staff is very kind and you're on the beach all day. Breakfast with industrial products, but we are in a 3 star hotel and i can understand. Moderate prices.Beautiful garden and stunning Mediterranean hall.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The food was nice, rooms are spacious with plenty of space to put clothes etc, there is a mini fridge in your room. You can hire bikes from the hotel, which we did. It's not a typical English resort, you won't find english bars and 2for1 cocktails, it's more for Italians, but it is beautiful. There is sometimes a language barrier, but it can easily be overcome with patience. As mentioned in an earlier review, you pay for the sunloungers, parasols, etc. It's just a sea of privately owned beaches. We paid 25 euros for 2 loungers and a parasol at Nettuno. There is a free beach called Kevs which you can go on with your towel. Travelling to Pisa by train was easy and cost us 20 euros. There are lots of bars and restaurants along the front and in the town centre, which is a short bus ride away. I would recommend and stay in the hotel/resort again.

Just returned from a weeks stay half board here and it’s a lovely clean hotel. All areas fresh and bright. We had a basic room and was as expected, only criticism was as a woman the lighting isn’t the best for applying your makeup! Plenty of space for clothes, toiletries luggage etc and a free safe to use in the room. The only thing missing on arrival was any kind of information/welcome pack helping you for your stay. We didn’t know how much the mini bar costed in the room, how much the drinks were at evening meals, and the biggest surprise for us was the cost of the beach. When booking the holiday it said the hotel had its own private area of the beach with a swimming pool. It’s not technically true as the beach is all private and the bars have their own parts of the beach that they own with the tents and umbrellas. We couldn’t find the bar which was connected to the hotel and when spoke to the reception desk in the hotel Bar Milano was mentioned but they didn’t have a price list for us but we’re told it was discounted for guests so we headed to there and spoke to them, the discounted price was €50 per day to use the pool, tents on beach and changing facilities at the bar. We couldn’t justify this for us as the tents have 2 loungers, 2 chairs, a table and a hammock lounger, plus we didn’t want the pool as there was nowhere to sit in the shade. We spoke to a couple who arrived with us and they were told another Bar Roro was connected to the hotel but the cheapest they did was €30 for a umbrella with 2 loungers. Again no discount for hotel users as when we looked into other bars €50 tents €30 umbrellas seemed to be the standard price. We found another Bar Nettuno that offered the umbrellas at €25 a day no discount for extra days but it was the cheapest we found. Food was very good on the evening menu, only criticisms are as it’s only an hour for the evening meal the food does tend to come out very quick between courses so you don’t get much time to have a rest before the next dish is in front of you. On one occasion we both opted for chicken and mine came out hot, juicy and falling off the bone but my boyfriends was dry, warm and over cooked like it had been sat under a hot plate for too long so we both had completely different experiences with the same dish. We also found the ordering of desserts a bit of a challenge as they were told to us rather than seeing a menu so sometimes we weren’t quite sure what we’d ordered! I think an idea might be to have a chalkboard in the dining area at the meal time with the options so you can see what they are incase of misunderstanding and you can always google the dish if you don’t know what it is. Staff were all very pleasant and quick at meal times. The starter at evening meal was a buffet style meal but at busy times there isn’t much left so you have to get there at 8pm to have any chance of getting the full choice as they don’t top it up once dishes are empty. Overall very good stay but a few little

My wife and I decided to take my 83 year old mother on a short break to Italy, as she had been banging on about getting away for quite some time (These lockdowns haven't been kind to anyone , have they?). I wanted to find somewhere that wasn't TOO busy, or too much push and shove like a big city would have been. I wanted to find somewhere Near some sights (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, that sort of thing) We arrived at the hotel quite last as our flights were delayed, so we missed dinner, and the hotelier asked us if we would like something to eat even though the kitchen was closed. They were going to make us a snack - I mean WOW thats service for you. We sat in the bar for a while and had an Aperol Spritzer, and plodded off to bed. It had been a Long day for all of us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained - with a covered outdoor patio and dining area. Breakfast was available outdoors, a continental with a great selection of breads, cakes, patisseries, cold cuts, cereals yoghurts and fruit - AND scrambled egg. The coffee was great (well, it is Italy - so i knew it would be yummy). The hotel is quite small and intimate, but all of the people that worked there were charming, friendly and accommodating. The ladies on the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested all manner of things to do, called us taxis, told us how to use the local bus services and how to get to the best train connection. Our rooms were spotless. with a lovely bathroom (with a bidet and big shower), and has a nice balcony that we could sit on and watch the sun set. The evening meal orders were requested in the morning, at breakfast, having seen the menu. I had been warned that Italian Portions were quite small, as I am quite a hefty guy, (har har - you had better buy some sandwiches - you're gonna get hungry har har), but this was quite far from the truth. The meals themselves were fantastic. There was a selection of appetisers in a buffet style arrangement, and any Vegetables (contorni) or salads to go with your main course. There was a choice of Primi (First course) meat, fish and vegetarian. Usually some sort of pasta or rice dish (as expected) all beautifully presented, and super delicious. Some were local delicacies, some global favourites. The Secondi (Main course) comes on its own, no veg. but this is common in Italy, as you have a separate plate for your contorni - to keep the integrity of the flavours of the most beautifully seasoned and well presented main. I must say - all of the dishes I tried (I Love trying new things, and had "Red Scorpion fish" Pasta, and Marlin one night) were absolutely mouthwatering, succulent, and absolutely marvellous. I am not much of a dessert lover, but I did try a couple of the desserts, and i have to say they were also delicious. The beaches nearby are all "owned" by whichever restaurant or bar is on the front, so due to the cosats, we didn't venture there - we were more interested in sight seeing

We went to this hotel as part of a group trip, staying for 3 nights. I really liked this hotel for its style and decoration, the greenery around. The bedding was quality. The staff was very friendly and professional. The morning buffet was very good (compared to the 4 stars that we had previously had, it was much better!): fruit, scrambled eggs, cold meats and the meals were correct and plentiful; Personally, I would happily return to this hotel.

Arrived with a group of 60 people for 4 nights. The showers do not close, the air conditioning does not work, invasion of mosquitoes. Cobwebs above the furniture. the towels are not changed, even when they are placed on the floor. The fridge that they unplug while we are still there! The meal: between the beef stew as hard as wood, undercooked potatoes. The fish is tasteless and very, very dry. Their chef in the kitchen needs to take cooking lessons, anyone could do better!!! Not to mention for dessert a Miko eskimo served on a plate... the height of ridiculousness. The 25cl bar of beer 5.50 a spritz 7th. Waitress in the dining room, nice but very young. Absolutely leaking
