Pretty facade, terrible building, no heat insulation, rooms get extremely hot, next to Beach club, extensive noise until the early morning hours, no access to beach, horrendous prices, four people are squeezed into minuscule room, pets are allowed, children are refused. low quality sugar rich breakfast.

very pleasant experience, the hotel is very close to the center of Marina di Ragusa but in a very quiet location, very close to the sea, the rooms are not particularly large but very clean, the staff is very courteous and extremely helpful, highly recommended

This hotel located on the seafront is quiet and clean, but there is too much amnesia at the reception and the breakfast is not very Sicilian. The rooms are not very spacious and the bathroom is small without hooks for hanging towels. The courtesy of the staff is present.

Hotel with excellent location, near the sea, very well looked after. The staff very courteous. The room was small but well-kept. Good breakfast. Pool . Various restaurants nearby. We stayed very well. Good price quality. Nice beach close by

From previous reviews I understood that this was a recently renovated hotel and so I booked. The hotel presents itself well, on a single floor directly on the seafront a few meters from the beach. In the vicinity you can find everything and in the evening it is at the height of the Ragusan nightlife. The room is very clean as is the pool area, which is well looked after. A round of applause for the reception who gave us useful information with patience and courtesy to us who were not familiar with the area and one in particular for the breakfast attendant Lara who politely served us as soon as we woke up with coffee and cappuccinos and a good variety of products above all satisfying all the requests of our little daughter! the only discordant note was the heat in the room due to the air conditioning not working, but still remediable. Definitely a fixed stop next year too.

Not satisfied with the hotel. We didn't find what was written in the confirmation email, for example swimming pool ok... but we couldn't find the hydromassage that was written in the confirmation email and not even the owner, according to her, was aware that it was present in the email . Free private beach? No it is affiliated. One day we found ourselves with only 1 towel (they had had problems with the laundry).... The courtesy bathroom kit and bottle of water in the minibar only on the first day. Coldness of the owner..... The cleaning girls are very nice and kind but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The structure.... Shower box missing a door... Malfunctioning toilet cistern... Taps need to be changed.... Very hard mattress.... I recommend adding some small drying racks....
