Clean, cute home! We loved staying at this tiny home located inside The Retreat in Tracy City. It was well-located, clean, and the perfect size for the 3 of us. It’s a short drive to Sewanee (note, it’s not at Cliff Tops as stated online…an IT issue the owners are attempting to correct). Super close to great hiking trails like Fiery Gizzard and Deer Lick Falls. It was well-furnished and supplied. We loved the loft and porch!

TN hiking getaway Nice cozy house and pleasantly furnished. Neighborhood is still with construction, but will be much nicer once done. Not a knock on the owner, they were clear on this.

Family reunion The house was located in a great small wooded neighborhood area with about 6 other small houses. It was away from town but not far enough away to be an inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay and would see deer walking behind it in the morning.
