"I have been to Yosemite many times, and this hotel is the most satisfying one. The hotel is very new and the sanitation is not bad. I moved in at the beginning of September, and the weather was just right. Because I was tired of living in the RV, I booked a tent house this time. There are fans, electric fireplaces, cooking utensils, refrigerators, etc., and there seems to be an electric blanket on the bed. In the evening, eat hot pot with a gas stove at the entrance of the tent. There is a pioneer market in the town less than ten minutes by car.

"The hotel is right at the west gate of Yosemite. The natural environment is so good that you can see the sea of clouds and deer in the morning. It takes 15 minutes to drive to find a place to eat. It is just an ordinary motel. The price is really not cheap. It is comparable to the price of the Intercontinental."

"It was nice spot to stay when go hiking to Yosemite national park. It takes an hour to get there from the lodge though, it’s No crowded, not too cold in the night and lots of restaurant options around.
The room was cosy and enough space. Even though TV didn’t work and water faucet was a little hard to use. Overall it was nice two nights stay!"

"There is still an hour away from the entrance of Yosemite. It is actually a simple bed and breakfast. The price is expensive. There is no need to live here. I would rather live in a 45-minute drive."

"I was really satisfied with my stay here. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Especially the bathroom was clean and the water was very hot, so I was impressed. The staff were friendly and thank you very much for responding quickly to requests such as baby crips.
The location of the hotel is about an hour from Yosemite Valley, so it's a bit crowded to move around at night. You have to come out at least before 4pm to get there at 5pm.
I recommend it if you have a baby because there is a microwave and a refrigerator
One regret is that baby crip has an additional charge, but other than this, it was a satisfactory stay in all aspects. I would definitely like to visit again next time"

GGuest UserWe stayed here because of its proximity to Yosemite. It was nice being 5-7 mins from the entrance to the park. We stayed in a cottage next to the pizzeria. Had more than a few spiders in our cottage which sort of freaked out the kids but I dispatched of them all as discreetly as possible and never saw any more. The room itself was not anything to write home about, but I can appreciate a nice bed and nice pillows. Ours had a high ceiling which I liked. There was a gas fireplace which would provide plenty of heat if we had needed any. Some of the property was under construction so we did not have access to all the amenities but the pool area was very nice with a full bar next to it. The restaurant was good, and they had a game room (not an arcade) that is more than sufficient to entertain your kids for a at least 15 mins. They have a lot to do there, like archery lessons, but we simply didn’t have the time. If you are planning a vacation to Yosemite but don’t exactly want to stay in the park itself, this is a terrific resort-feel within shouting distance of the Fish Camp entrance.

JJaniceI reckon that the room that we had stayed in had just gotten a facelift of late as the room looked new and modern, totally unlike what we had seen in the photos.
The bathroom was especially bright, clean and new - from the hand-wash area to the toilet to the bathtub with its shower curtains.
The room was nothing fanciful but it made for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend Yosemite Lodge esp after its recent room facelift!

Ddl00006995Hotels near Yosemite National Park in California should be booked in advance during the peak season to avoid being out of room or price increases. The hotel is about an hour's drive from the park. The front desk service is good, quite enthusiastic and satisfactory. The room hygiene is also acceptable. I would recommend it. Parking is convenient and free.

GGuest UserThis is a motel-like hotel, very convenient, well-equipped, and very satisfactory. The hot water is very strong. But you have to carry your own luggage if you live on the second floor. I went to have breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning, but was told that it was out of stock. I still recommend it, it's okay to stay.
