There are many transportation hubs around, which can be easily reached whether it is to the commercial center or tourist attractions. The hotel has an elegant environment, from the lobby to the guest rooms, every place is exquisite and quality. The lobby is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and people feel the noble atmosphere as soon as they step in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, warm and elegantly furnished. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The rooms are fully equipped, from high-speed wireless network to modern bathroom equipment, to meet various needs. The service was impeccable. The staff were warm and friendly, professional and efficient. They always smiled whenever and wherever and provided thoughtful service to guests. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining is also amazing. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, whether local specialties or international cuisine, which are delicious. The breakfast is rich in variety and can be full of vitality for the new day. In short, Jakarta Hotel is a very good hotel. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice. Actually I oredered the room with see view but I got city view, also the room that I got not like what I expected, it was romm with connecting door which is not my preference and from my view the room 509 hasn't been use for long time and it was seems forced to be open because all the room was packed. the water super dirty when you flush the toilet, the AC is leaked and not working properly which made me waited around 1 hour to be fixed. I mean why you did not check it before you open and sell that room?. However the the bed was clean the room smells good and the receptionists was too slow but kind if you ask me do I want to booked again, the answer is no because I paid pretty decent money for this room There are a lot good price hotels near there so I hope Khas Makassar Hotel should learn from my story Thanks

Excellent hotel, great price includes lovely buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds and super soft linen. Water pressure in shower was good. Nice quick & quiet elevators. Nothing bad to say at all.

Location strategic, Near with my office, staff friendly fast check in even midnight, room comfort clean, the best choice to stay here. Sure with stay here again if I get business trip. They clean everyday, towel and sleeper change everyday. Have deposit 50K

Good service, just a bit long when checking in. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good, so it's comfortable to stay there, especially if you bring small children. Breakfast delicious.
