Amazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do.
I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria.
Also book the hotel between July- end of august.
There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available.
The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football 🥅 ⚽️ pitch/court, basketball ball 🏀 court and a tennis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 court.
Water park, late night entertainment.
The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly.
The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious.
The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

Absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! Honestly, this was one of the best holidays I've ever had — from the security at the gates to the restaurant staff, everything was just spot on. The room was clean and tidy, and all the staff were incredibly polite and genuinely friendly. The food was so delicious, with loads of options to suit everyone. As a vegan, I felt like I was in paradise! There were so many plant-based choices on the buffet — I was honestly spoiled for choice. That chia pudding was my go-to breakfast every single morning. So good! Massive thanks to the chef — you made my stay even more special. ❤️

Honestly the stuff very friendly, the hospitality is very good , the food is very tasty and delicious and high quality, me and my family enjoyed the aqua park , the beach is very nice but they still working on it The food also had lots of quality 8/10

The chef cook Ahmed is very nice and a good person, always helpful and kind, he helped us with food difficulties because of food allergy and gladly cooked us amazing diary-free food which meant a lot to us, great care - truly appreciated. Thank you, Chef!
