Evia Hotel & Suites

I booked my parents through social tourism to go on their vacation. I sent all the required documents that were asked of me as well as the requested deposit which was for part of their participation in the breakfast. I confirmed by phone with the person in charge the receipt of the sent documents, IDs and money, all this 20 days before the arrival date. Today my parents traveled by ferry to marble, arrived at the hotel at 11 and waited until 14:00 to check in the room. During check-in, the person in charge found that they were not entitled to stay there as this hotel is not for social tourism pensioners. And they remembered to say it on the day of their arrival and not almost a month before when we booked the stay and even confirmed it with money required as a deposit. Instead of an apology for the very serious mistake and negligence of their work, they told us that they never confirmed by email that they could go, while they accepted the money without any problem and confirmed their receipt! Of course it caused great upset to my retired parents with unfair ship expenses and frustration and fatigue because there was no proper professional treatment and obvious Interest from the start and of course no apology on their part other than returning the deposit they had illegally requested and kept so many days for a stay that could not be realized in the first place through social tourism but ultimately only privately at €90 per day. Of course they didn't stay there and my parents left. Unacceptable!

Perfect hotel, excellent in everything! The suite we booked was perfect! The pool also big and perfect! The negative cannot be that such a hotel does not have a restaurant open for lunch and dinner and does not offer an All Inclusive option.

Family of 4, we stayed in the apartments. Clean and decent. Very nice pool and bar. Helpful staff. Breakfast decent, could be improved. Good price and service ratio. Close to the center. It does not have a restaurant and this is one of the disadvantages. However, it has a 4-bed room, unlike the hotel next door, which has a restaurant but no 4-bed rooms.

We had a wonderful time!!! The hotel in a very nice location in Marmari, with a nice view, exactly as we see it in the photos, inside and out. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants-tavernas. The room is spotless, cleaned daily. The hotel staff are all very kind, with Maria at the reception standing out, with her smile, her patience, her instructions for the beaches we asked for. The breakfast was decent, with a wide variety. The pool is spotlessly clean, with the only minus being the lack of some supports, at the point where it becomes shallower, for greater safety for those with some instability or the elderly. We left with the best impressions and hope to go again!!!
