"This is a dream vacation accommodation for families! It’s the best place we have ever stayed at. It’s within walking distance to the beachfront, restaurants and short driving distance to shops. The apartments are modern, clean and almost luxurious yet not overbearing. It has a well equipped kitchen with just about any kitchen ware you would ever need. Thoughtful provision of beach towels, board games, and laundry supplies. The only downside is the need to take out our own rubbish before our departure. Taking out rubbish is a part of cleaning and that should be included in house keeping in my opinion."

AAnonymous UserCheck-in in the caravan is good. The environment is beautiful. There is also a big water park. The kids love it. The front desk service is good (checked us in early). Everything in the caravan is good, but the only regret is that there is a gas stove inside. It can’t be used (there is no prompt and explanation. The front desk has never mentioned this matter) and I drove 10 kilometers to the supermarket to buy ingredients for 100 Australian dollars (about 500 RMB). Stir-fried vegetables and the ingredients are all broken) The front desk explained afterwards that there is a BBQ grill in the yard that can be used. But my dishes can’t be cooked with the BBQ one. It’s completely different... so it’s a pity that the stove in the room can’t be used and my own Loss...everything else is fine.

GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the hotel, I was given a hard time just because I booked under a different name. Isn’t it okay for a friend to book on my behalf? Be sure to check out ID. The attitude is bad. When I entered the room, the floor was very dirty and dark. There was water on the ground. They were very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room they gave me was also very big. It was nice to have a spa pool outside. But the room was a pity. There is no scenery to see, and the door lock is almost broken, it is difficult to open at all... At this price, it is possible...

JJerryMy stay was nothing short of excellent! The property is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. One of the highlights was the friendly atmosphere among guests; many spent time by the pool, chatting and sharing stories with one another. Additionally, having access to a kitchen allowed to prepare own meals, adding to the comfort of my stay.
Ms. Mary, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend considering Palms at Parmer for next getaway. If given the chance, I will certainly return!

RRens WorldThe bungalow we stayed in was right on the river which was great, and the location isn't far from various destinations, and the staff on duty at check in / out were lovely, but aside from this, there were no other positives to our stay which we cut short.
The bathroom was very dated with cracked tiles and the toilet kept making noises even when not being used.
Our first night was absolutely horrible with people in the neighbouring bungalows partying until 3.30am.
The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced, and something bit us during the night. We couldn't sleep and this was the reason we cut our stay short. It was our first getaway in many years and it was a huge disappointment. I did let the accommodation know why we left a day early and they got in touch saying they would not offer a refund for the night we didn't stay but they would look into the points I raised with them regarding the bed..
