I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style, and the breathtaking views from the window added to the overall charm. Every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing amenities, contributed to an unforgettable stay.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

We stayed for just over a week and loved everything about our stay. The room (deluxe with river view) was nice and spacious, with a kind of hidden pool away from the larger ones, making it more calm and quiet to relax. With Diamond status, we had a daily happy hour with drinks and food while they built their executive lounge. We were mostly looked after by Vila and she was great. Super friendly and always had a smile on her face. The staff were also really great at helping to source a doctor who visited our room, and later drove us to a hospital when I needed treatment. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a wonderful stay. Waseem Sheik helped us as a personal assistant and attended to all our needs. During our stay, my wife faced some health issues. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. They arranged a doctor visit for us and brought medicines on time. The ambience of the resort was excellent. Food was tasty. Had a great experience over all.

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at the Hilton Goa! Right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the warm reception we received made us smile as we were a lot delayed due to torrential rains. The rooms had decent interiors and the river view from the balcony was mesmerising especially during sunsets! I should specially mention Mr. Waseem who is the housekeeping manager, he took extra care of us and saw to it our stay was comfortable and each of our requests was taken care of. Infact he changed our room to the best view one on our request almost immediately. He was kind enough to always attend to us with a smile and a helpful attitude. I should also mention Mr. Subhranil the F&B incharge who made sure that we received a fantastic in room F&B service and sometimes went above & beyond to made our stay delightful! The breakfast buffet spread was great and ala-carte food was lip smacking! I should also mention Mr. Chaitanya the concierge incharge who helped us plan the trip superbly and also arranged a local driver for us. The car was in premium condition too. The restaurant manager, the chefs, the receptionists, even the security everyone always attended to us with a smile. The resort was beautiful in the midst of lush greens. Overall we had a lovely stay, the staff made it even better! We would certainly recommend the river view rooms on a higher floor, as well as the spacious suite rooms. We would certainly love to come back to Hilton the next time we are in North Goa. Thanks to everyone for making our stay absolutely memorable!
