We received such a lovely welcome for our stay here, the staff were so nice. Our room was very comfortable, nice bed and lovely decor. Breakfast was very nice, it was a pity the dinner and lunch options were so expensive but there are plenty of places nearby to eat. Our room was a little noisy in the evenings and in the morning as it was right beside the bar area so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room away from the dining area and bar. It's in a nice area away from the hustle and bustle which is an advantage and only a short walk to a lot of attractions like Bahia palace and the markets. Overall a lovely hotel!

This is a charming riad option in the Kasbah area of Marrakesh. I'm not sure I would return, however, because I didn't like my room and I would prefer a hotel with a large rooftop pool (given how hot/dirty Marrakesh can get). My room was right next to the door and very dark, with a single window opening to the courtyard. It was noisy with people coming and going throughout the night. The bathroom shower also appeared to have a lot of mold. People smoke in the open air courtyard and that is very unpleasant if you want to open your window or door. I also wasn't crazy about the neighborhood - there are much nicer parts of Marrakesh to base yourself in. On the plus side, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and the common area decor very pretty. The price is reasonable.

My daughter and I stayed for four days at this stunning new Riad. It was beautifully decorated in traditional design but with all mod cons, including a swimming pool on the roof. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. But... the thing that singles it out from many other lovely places to stay is its staff. The desk was manned day and night by the most helpful, lovely people that always went the extra mile. When they discovered I had left behind my second passport in the room's safe they immediately contacted me and did everything they could to get it back to me, including contacting the embassy who were useless. In the end Adnan personally took it to where some friends of mine had gone over on a short break and it will back with me soon. It is these kinds of experience that really make a holiday. Thank you La Clé d'Or. Thank you Adnan - I hope you employers know your worth!

If you choose to stay in a Riad this is a great choice. It is nearby to the central square and souks and quiet inside. They have a small pool that is pretty much a cold plunge. The service was friendly. Things like water are overpriced, but just buy bottled water at a nearby market.

Marrakech can be overwhelming and it is great to have a place to recover. This Raid, in the old town, is a perfect location. The inside has wonderful Moroccan architecture and furnishings that allow you to contemplate and enjoy Morocco. The staff is friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The roof top deck is a place to read a book and enjoy the sunshine. The food in the restaurant was very good and not overly expensive. Breakfasts were large and high quality with fruit salad, yogurt, eggs and other pastries. It was more than we could eat. The front desk staff were exceptional - knowledgeable and very willing to help.

J’ai passé 2 nuits et pris le dîner sur place. La chambre était confortable et spacieuse. Problème pour regarder la Télé, malgré plusieurs interventions, dommage. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le restaurant propose un menu appréciable et prix relativement raisonnable. Seul inconvénient c’est son emplacement accessible difficilement dans la Médina.

Che scoperta magnifica! Peccato poter solo dare 5 su 5... in quanto il nostro soggiorno è stato da DIECI. Riad nuovo, pulitissimo profumato una vera OASI di pace. Passata la porta di ingresso, è come entrare in un altra dimensione. Le attenzioni del personale superqualificato sono da hotel 5 stelle. Ilham alla reception è di una positività e di una gentilezza davvero disarmanti. Noi abbiamo avuto un paio di disavventure durante il soggiorno e tutti loro sono stati spettacolari Sembrava volessero davvero aiutare un membro della famiglia piu che un ospite del riad. Non scorderemo questo posto e speriamo di ritornarci un giorno. ps: anche il loro ristorante è davvero ottimo e il the alla menta il più buono assaggiato in un mese in Marocco Grazie
