Staying at this villa in Marrakech was pure peace. Beautiful design, a lush garden, and a refreshing pool made it a perfect retreat. Mornings with mint tea, nights under the stars—an unforgettable escape. I highly recommend the service was excellent

The staff at the Riad make you feel like you are at staff. The service is very professional and the property is well appointed with a pool, spa and lots of space for relaxing. The breakfast was free, and incredible! Omlette, orange juice, French toast, so many delicious pasteries all on a large plate. Lunch and Dinner was incredible, all with local choices as well as pizza and fries. My room was much better than I dreamed with a very large terrace over the pool. I also had time to check out the spa and experience the Hammam treatment. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy place, the place is handled by professional staff that gives a pretty particular attention to details. I highly recommend. The communication is very good and the service is top level.

We had an unforgettable stay in this Riad. Everything was perfect and we really appreciated the availability of the staff, the calm, and the selection of Moroccan dishes offered in the restaurant. We will definitely return. See you soon!

I am currently in this Riad villa saphir & SPA establishment and what a surprise I had previously booked a presidential suite and the nightmare begins Our suite is supposedly taken by a sick person and we are offered a dirty and smelly room in the basement We had previously warned of our arrival at 11 p.m. and we still have no solution to sleep me and my family We are in contact with the manager of the establishment and the tension rises a notch. Establishment to avoid for all the reasons mentioned above We will sleep in the hall of this villa

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We arrived by taxi in the early evening. The taxi driver had a lot of trouble finding the way. We ordered a lamb tagine and received a chicken tagine (we ate much better ones during our stay). We were leaving early the next morning and were told that the buffet was opening later and that there would be no possibility of eating anything. We were not even offered coffee or tea. When it was time to pay the bill, I had to swipe the credit card twice (the receptionist told me that the first time, it had not worked, but in reality there was paper missing from the machine 😳). They assured me that their bank would do what was necessary to refund the 2nd payment, but despite several reminders, they did not even deign to answer me. What a lack of professionalism!! What is certain is that I will never return to this establishment. To end on a positive note, the room was very spacious.
