Riad Atlas Dama

A wonderful place to stay. Very much typical Moroccan. Close enough to everything. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Absolutely recommend. We were even offered a Moroccan dinner in one night of our stay. Delicious. Bedrooms cleared every day and clean towels put out.

The Riad Atlas Mejbar is a welcoming oasis in the center of Marrakech. I feel like i couldn't choose a better place to stay on my three days trip with my father. I'll start by saying that the people working in this riad are the most gentle you can find, they will assist you in ANY way possible and they will be there for you in case of any problem or to just chat and joke with you. Here you will sleep without any problem 'cause even if it is in the city center you can't hear noise from outside, and when you wake up a rich and very tasty breakfast will be waiting for you. From here it's easy to reach the main square and every place you may want to visit, it is also near a bike rental, various restaurants and cash changers if you need them. In conclusion we've spent a wonderful time here and if we visit Marrakech again we'll surely choose the Riad Atlas Mejbar! P.s. I can't stress enough how welcoming these people are, they served us i don't know how many tea cups, we chatted a lot and also played with them, i really felt at home!

We booked this RIAD as a family holiday myself female and my two daughters 14 & 10 and my 53 year old mum. They organised our transport to the riad & we arrived to a warm welcome with lovely tea late at night, On our first morning after a beautiful breakfast we encountered the worst possible family emergency, my mother took an unexpected massive seizure and myself along with the bosses of the riad had to resuscitate her, she was gone in front of us but we got her back. The staff were amazing from giving mouth to mouth, calling ambulance, taking care of my two daughters, coming to the hospitals with us, translating for us, treating us like their family from the get go, they went above and beyond more than anyone could ever have did and they saved my mums life. They did so much for me over the 5 nights making sure my kids were fed and safe, showing them the marina and shopping safely. Constantly checking in on my mum and also arranging last minute accommodation inside the riad for family arriving to help with the situation whilst my mum was in hospital. We were sad leaving them for everything they have did for us, we will be eternally grateful and we can’t thank you enough! I will definitely be back to the riad, it’s calm, beautiful, clean and the breakfast is delicious! The rooftop is outstanding for sunbathing also and so pretty! There is so much to offer there and the workers work so so hard. Thank you all so so so much! Take care x

For us it was a very upsetting experience. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled at the last minute, and the Riad decided to charge us the full amount. We have been in contact with them to advise of successive flight delays. When asking to discuss the issue, they were moat unhelpful and brushed us off. Some other issues: Never got a response to gluten free food options for our daughter They were very pushy to sell us trips, and considered any enquiry as a booking.
