Hotel environment too dark, insufficient light. Not user friendly, no place to put things. Shower tape broken, didn't refill shower gel, just add water inside dilute it to pretend refill. A lot of cigarette dust in the corner of bed. Suddenly no hot water for bath. We will not introduce this Riad to friends.

The hotel location was just perfect! 2 minutes away from the centre of Medina and 10 minutes away from the central train station. Very calm and vibrant riad. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Very good breakfast. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

The staff and hospitality were amazing. Ali and Abdul are fantastic - super patient and attentive, always on hand to welcome you home, to give tips and suggestions for places to go and things to see or even to just make you some lovely mint tea. They really do make you feel at home and the breakfast was also fantastic - would 100% recommend to others visiting this magical city.

Nice place, with great location and nice, clean, small rooms. Value was good, breakfast very nice, and customer service from the staff was exceptional. They went way above and beyond to help and make our stay great, which made a huge difference to our stay in Marrakesh. Would definitely stay again.

The location in the heart of the Medina and excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast and Wi-Fi access available. But the best of all was the way Ali and Abdul treated us, always attentive and available. Family atmosphere. I hope to return to Gem Riad, I recommend it.

Good, pleasant and spacious room. Calm nights. Optimal location. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very good typical lunch. Impeccable reception from the airport to the square where the charter we requested in advance left us. Welcome with mint tea :). We really liked it and recommend it. Correct value.
