Generally an okay hotel however the rooms need better cleaning and housekeeping should be a focus. The chefs need to also focus on food preparation more as food was cold and the floor staff did Tony remediate properly.

Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.

The Japanese-Peruvian-Moroccan fusion dishes were inventive and sublime. Breakfasts, with fresh pastries and local specialties, were pure bliss. The spa is a haven of calm—treatments merged traditional Moroccan rituals with modern techniques. The pools offered perfect spaces to unwind under the Marrakech sun. Sophisticated yet unpretentious.
