The hotel is not on time, they delete the reservation for customers and their treatment of customers is poor, they do not respect the customer's opinion or what he tells them ,and bad customer service , so I advise you not to deal with this hotel

I was there for some night is a vry simple hotel and cleean,the rooms are oki nice with Ac and its very close to the tran station and the bus statiotion supratour and ctm. if you like to have walk you can do it from the hoteel to the famous place of marrakech it take only 30mn walk.

I was asking the guy who is working in the exchange office if I can change from euro to Dirham and he said ( I don’t have the power to talk you can ask me later) he was so rude if he can not talk he can take a sick leave .

Lack of comfort and lack of professionalism. At the hotel and at the restaurant. Lack of towel for the bath and no shampoo. In the morning, at breakfast time, I ordered an omelette, which I received about an hour later. Not a place to rest. Lazy workers choose another place to rest

Clean hotel. Very average quality of box springs but clean. Shower: Unlimited hot water. Very friendly staff. Good location. Bonus complimentary breakfast. Close to snack bars and cafes. Fouad (vm). Affordable price.

No towel in the shower. Had to wait until the next day to get some. Breakfast is made in the small restaurant next door to avoid!! Opening half an hour late, although I had informed him the day before that I would be there at the opening as I was in a hurry. No basic breakfast buffet (coffee or tea plus eggs) wanting fruit I was refused!

Nous n’avons pas séjourner à l’hôtel, mais ce n’est pas la première fois que nous prenons notre petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel. Très bon service, les petits déjeuners sont copieux à la marocaine. De plus l’hôtel propose un service de change très compétitif

Ça a l’air d’un hôtel familial, accueil froid, pas de bonjour à l’arrivée, au moment de mon départ le monsieur a l’accueil ne m’a pas regardé ni dit au revoir, ou me poser une question sur mon expérience chez eux, j’étais très mal à l’aise, chambre avec une horrible odeur d’égout, serviettes rêches on dirait des serpillières, la dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner et très froide, ne dit pas bonjour a l’air hypocrite, pain au chocolat sec, pas de beurre, des poivrons cru très mauvaise pour la digestion (mal de ventre et diarrhée). J’ai dû passer ma 2 eme nuit dans un autre hôtel avec un personnel plus agréable. A FUIR absolument 🏃🏽♀️
