The room is very clean, the white walls are very bright, and the check-in and accommodation are not in the same courtyard. When you check-in, someone will help you carry your luggage, and you will be able to choose the fragrance and order it in the room in advance. There is a spa downstairs, so try to book it in advance, but I didn't make it. It may be due to the season, the room feels a bit cold, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on. In addition, the sound of the minibar is a bit loud

Very satisfied. Refreshments were also provided during the check-in wait. The hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is quite rich and the room is very clean. Internet speed is good. Stayed for two days, very satisfied! I will consider it next time I come back.

We spent 4 nights in the Riad Tiwaline. The Riad offers a quiet oasis away from the hustle & bustle of the town. We had dinner in the Riad Si Saïd and breakfast in the Tiwaline. The staff were great & extremely helpful. A big shout out to the Housekeeping staff who were on top of everything and helped make our stay a very relaxing experience. We would highly recommend these Riads and the Angsana Heritage collection

My partner and I stayed here over Easter and had a fantastic time. Absolutely stunning place and the staff were amazing. From arrival to departure they were so kind and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. The location was a 10 minute walk to the main square and market and 20 minutes from airport. Since we are platinum member of ALL thus we booked this hotel during the stay in Marrakech, however it was quite disappointed. We emailed to the reception for our celebration and there were two separate bookings under same room type for consecutive nights, the office confirmed for our request and well noted , however the reception was totally another story, they said we have to move rooms and ignored our celebration arrangement , there was a staff’s attitude quite rude but others were generally okay, also they put us in the annex building which totally different from the pictures we have seen, the room was very average and basic, the charges were totally overpriced for such quality of room for 300 euro per night, just 3.5 star hotel quality and they mentioned already put us in nicer room which just renovated. The shower was terrible, only a simple shower curtain which was easily flooded, the water would suddenly turned freezing in seconds , it happened at least 5-6 times during 5 mins shower.
