Beautifully kept grounds, shame about the amount of construction going on as not made aware on website.
Slight hit and miss with the staff but majority friendly and helpful.
Expensive bar compared to local supermarket.
Plenty of food choices but again pricey.
Good location for sightseeing.
Large room with everything you need.
Private balcony but no furniture to sit on so couldn't use.

Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

For a quick stay or business stay I like it
All is correct, except one thing I recommend to be improved is the breakfast …. I really find nothing to eat especially I don’t take sweet stuff in the morning
